Ten years after a  Hungarian researcher wrote this:</p> <p>“I do not see much sense in trying to prepare children for using intelligent IT systems of the future by running software from the past on yesterday’s computers, using pedagogical methods from the day-before-yesterday.”(Komenczy, 1999)</p> <p>We can still say that European schools have not been able to change fundamentally their educational practice till now, in spite of the improvements made into ICT infrastructure, e-learning developments, and teacher training, encouraging them to use ICT in their every day classroom work. </p> <p>Training teachers to use software applications in traditional classrooms is not sufficient at all to develop advanced networking competences. This was the main challenge for the Tenegen project which we met.  The traditional knowledge distribution methods for teachers were successfully embedded into the same networked learning environment that is a feature of every day life for the students. </p> <p>How far did we get?  What kinds of experiences were collected during the one year long online collaboration with teachers? The course components - core learning content, module descriptions, glossaries, videos, self assessment tools, assignments, quizzes, learning instructions and tutorials) are implemented as a standard Moodle course. Other components for generating online collaboration and discussions are partly inside Moodle modules and are partly integrated as web 2.0 applications.</p> <h2>Area of application</h2> <p>The module can be used independently from other modules of the Tenegen course for further training program of teachers, trainers and for the staff of HE - to develop their e-learning 2.0 competences, their advanced digital competences, networking methods. The module has a well elaborated technological background to carry out successful further training programs, but works really well together with the pedagogical model developed by the Tenegen consortium, with an intensive support of tutors.</p> <p><strong>Related links: </strong><br /> Project: <a href="http://tenegen.eu">http://tenegen.eu</a><br /> Facebook: <a href="http://www.facebook.com/#!/profile.php?id=100000874204545">Tenegen (LdV)</a><br />   </p> <p><strong>Further information:</strong></p> <p>Mária Hartyányi managing director<br /> Prompt Educational Center for Informatics, Hungary</p> <p>E-mail: <a href="mailto:maria.hartyanyi@prompt.hu">maria.hartyanyi@prompt.hu</a><br /> Address: Testvérvárosok útja 28.<br /> City: Gödöllő<br /> ZIP: H-2010</p> </div></div></div><div class="form-item form-type-item"> <label>Nyelv </label> Angol </div> <div class="field field-name-taxonomy-vocabulary-6 field-type-taxonomy-term-reference field-label-above"><div class="field-label">Project:&nbsp;</div><div class="field-items"><div class="field-item even"><a href="/hu/category/project/tenegen">Tenegen</a></div><div class="field-item odd"><a href="/hu/category/project/p0-prompt">P0-PROMPT</a></div><div class="field-item even"><a href="/hu/category/project/wp4">WP4</a></div></div></div><div class="field field-name-taxonomy-vocabulary-10 field-type-taxonomy-term-reference field-label-above"><div class="field-label">Public visibility permission:&nbsp;</div><div class="field-items"><div class="field-item even"><a href="/hu/category/public-visibility-permission/public">Public</a></div></div></div> Fri, 14 Jan 2011 11:23:09 +0000 hmaria 962 at http://tenegen.eu http://tenegen.eu/hu/node/962#comments What kind of licence will we use to our content? http://tenegen.eu/hu/node/463 <div class="poll"> <div class="text">Creative commons</div> <div class="bar"> <div style="width: 100%;" class="foreground"></div> </div> <div class="percent"> 100% (2 szavazat) </div> <div class="text">Copyright</div> <div class="bar"> <div style="width: 0%;" class="foreground"></div> </div> <div class="percent"> 0% (0 szavazat) </div> <div class="total"> Összes szavazat: 2 </div> </div> <div class="form-item form-type-item"> <label>Nyelv </label> Angol </div> <div class="field field-name-taxonomy-vocabulary-6 field-type-taxonomy-term-reference field-label-above"><div class="field-label">Project:&nbsp;</div><div class="field-items"><div class="field-item even"><a href="/hu/category/project/tenegen">Tenegen</a></div><div class="field-item odd"><a href="/hu/category/project/wp4">WP4</a></div></div></div><div class="field field-name-taxonomy-vocabulary-10 field-type-taxonomy-term-reference field-label-above"><div class="field-label">Public visibility permission:&nbsp;</div><div class="field-items"><div class="field-item even"><a href="/hu/category/public-visibility-permission/tenegen-only">Tenegen only</a></div></div></div> Thu, 02 Jul 2009 10:09:21 +0000 banhidi.arpad 463 at http://tenegen.eu http://tenegen.eu/hu/node/463#comments Palermo http://tenegen.eu/hu/node/458 <div class="field field-name-body field-type-text-with-summary field-label-hidden"><div class="field-items"><div class="field-item even"><p>using this portal</p> </div></div></div><div class="field field-name-taxonomyextra field-type-taxonomy-term-reference field-label-above"><div class="field-label">Taxonomy upgrade extras:&nbsp;</div><div class="field-items"><div class="field-item even"><a href="/hu/category/network-learning/web-20">Web 2.0</a></div><div class="field-item odd"><a href="/hu/category/network-learning/course-design">Course Design</a></div><div class="field-item even"><a href="/hu/category/public-visibility-permission/tenegen-only">Tenegen only</a></div><div class="field-item odd"><a href="/hu/category/network-learning/tenegen-0">tenegen</a></div><div class="field-item even"><a href="/hu/category/network-learning/agenda">agenda</a></div><div class="field-item odd"><a href="/hu/taxonomy/term/17">Discussions</a></div><div class="field-item even"><a href="/hu/category/project/meetings">Meetings</a></div><div class="field-item odd"><a href="/hu/category/project/wp4">WP4</a></div></div></div> Thu, 02 Jul 2009 09:41:28 +0000 banhidi.arpad 458 at http://tenegen.eu http://tenegen.eu/hu/node/458#comments
