Moodle and other problem children

I hate to sound like a complainer, but ...

Is there any reason why I cannot change my profile picture in Moodle. Deleting the current picture and saving deletes the current picture. Trying to upload a new picture and saving brings back the deleted picture. This is not how this is supposed to work.

Further, whom do I contact about problems with the Tenegen portal itself? (Reason: I had forgotten our common password to the Moodle site. My search of the posting in which the answer might have been found was displayed only as part of the "Meetings" discussion; it is not possible to link directly to the posting. Moreover, the returned link listed a posting by Maria at a date and time that matched no postings in the entire thread. This is a bug and needs to be fixed.)

Still, I'd like some feedback on the picture issue.
