Evaluation of TeNeGen portal

We would like to invite you to give us a feedback about the Tenegn portal. You might have recognized that the portal has changed in several times, but now it seems that we could find the latest version. Please help our work, and tell us your opinion by filling this short questionnaire.

1. Do you think that the Front Page’s structure is perspicuous at first sight *

Yes, it’s great.

At first sight yes, but when I look through it’s not so easy to find what I’m looking for.

No, it’s chaotic.

2. Navigating on the site is *

Easy.

After some practice it’s ok.

3. Are you able to find the latest information (news, posts, etc...) easily on the site *

Yes, it’s easy.

I can find everything I want.

If I know where to search I can find, but I can’t use the “Search” function.

I’ve never searched on the site.

Yes, and I think it’s useful.

It’s good, easy to find and useful.

I can’t upload/download documents.

14. If you need help about navigating on the site how do you solve it *

I use the Help document.

I would use the Help document, but I can’t find it.

I ask the admin.

I try to solve it by myself.

15. Are you satisfied with the downloading speed of the portal *

Yes, it’s fast.

It has a normal downloading speed.

It’s slow.

Portal Life

1. What do you think about the communication activity on the Portal *

It’s active enough.

It’s active only when an event (e.g. meeting) is/was happening.

It’s active, but only amongst a few people.

It should be more active!

2. Do you think that communication on the portal is useful *

Yes, it’s really useful.

It’s useful, but slow.

It would be useful, but not enough place for it.

I would rather use WebMeeting.

I think that it is not useful.

3. Do you think that communication on the portal is easy *

Yes, I can post a comment, or start a topic easily.

I can find the new posts hardly.

It’s difficult to read through one topic because the posts are not in order.

I got error message often, when I try to add post.

4. In the future... *

I prefer offline communication, so I suggest to keep on communicating on the Portal in Forums.

I prefer on-line communication, so I suggest to use e.g. Web Meeting in certain times.

Design

1. What do you think about the colors of the Portal *

It’s nice, I like it.

It’s so simple.

I don’t like it.

The older one was better.

2. What do you think about the fonts *

It’s aesthetic.

It’s easy to read.

It’s hard to read.

I don’t like it.

3. Do you think that the function blocks’ (menu, upcoming events, word clouds etc…) location, organization, visibility is *

4. How do you like TeNeGen logo *

It’s good.

It’s very simple.

The older one was better.

5. What do you think about the Gallery *

I like it; it’s easy to find the images.

I like it, but it’s difficult to upload pictures.
